Privacy
What we do with your information.
How this website uses the information you share. Updated September 18, 2026.
Project inquiries
When you send the inquiry form, we store your name, email address, optional website address, selected service, project message, and the page of this site that led you to the form when available, so we can review and respond. We retain a page label, not the referring page’s query string. We store the inquiry with Cloudflare and use Brevo for email notifications when connected. Submitting a project inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Report updates
When you ask for updates to a report, we store your email address, the report you asked about, and the date, in the same Cloudflare database as inquiries. We send a short receipt and then a note when that report is updated, and nothing else. Reply to any of those emails to be removed, or use the address below.
The website assistant
The assistant sends your question and up to six recent conversation messages to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce a reply. Conversation history stays in the open page and is cleared when you start over or leave. We do not save chat transcripts in our inquiry database. Please do not share passwords, sensitive information, or contact details in chat; use the inquiry form for a human response.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website use. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information about page visits, devices, referrals, and interactions. Our custom events record actions such as an inquiry beginning or being saved. They do not include form messages, email addresses, names, or chat text.
A short-lived, first-party inquiry cookie helps us count an accepted submission once. It expires after an hour or after its receipt is used. The assistant does not need a persistent conversation cookie.
Abuse prevention and storage
We use request limits, server-side validation, and a hidden spam field to protect the form and assistant. Rate-limit records use a salted daily identifier derived from a visitor's IP address; the raw IP is not stored in those records. Hosting providers may process network and diagnostic information while delivering the website.
Inquiry records are retained in the website database for up to 12 months. Email correspondence may be kept separately for an ongoing project or business records. Provider processing is also subject to their own policies.
Questions or deletion requests
Email connect@wpforged.com to ask about information you have shared or request deletion. Include enough context for us to locate the inquiry, but do not send passwords.
