AI readiness

Can AI tools read your business information?

Get a review of the content your pages deliver, the access settings you control, and the information you can measure. We identify specific issues and useful next steps before recommending a rebuild or ongoing visibility work.

  1. Find content that automated tools may miss

  2. Keep business and author details consistent

  3. Understand your crawler access settings

The challenge

What can an automated tool see on your site?

Some content appears only after a click or a browser script runs. A search engine or AI crawler, the software that visits pages automatically, may miss it. Other sites block access or publish conflicting business details.

We review your main page layouts, content, and access settings. You get specific findings and a plan for the changes worth making. An Astro rebuild isn't always necessary.

How it works
Access READABLE HTML <h1>...<p>...<a>... IDENTITY ↗ Connect facts to their source
  1. Check access
  2. Read the page content
  3. Check business details
Check access, content, and business details. These checks show what an automated tool can read. They cannot guarantee a citation.

What's included

Make your information easier to find and read

Content that reaches the page
We check whether your main text is in the HTML sent by the website or depends on browser scripts. Any fixes keep clear headings, useful links, and a reading order that works for people too.
Business details that agree
Structured data is code that labels details such as your business, authors, services, and articles. We check that it matches the visible page and draws from information your team can keep up to date.
Access settings you understand
We review crawler rules, sitemaps, and available hosting logs together. With access to your Search Console, we check Google's AI inclusion setting and available reports. Search discovery, training, and user-requested visits have different controls. A simulated crawler request alone does not prove a real crawler can reach the site.

Price and scope

A review with a defined output

The proposal identifies the representative pages, layouts, accounts, and checks included. You receive a dated findings list with affected URLs, supporting observations, suggested fixes, priorities, and unresolved questions. Implementation is included only where the proposal says so. Private account reports and real crawler logs require the access you choose to provide.

The steps

How the work happens

  1. Find the gaps

We inspect your main page layouts and explain which issues involve content, page code, business details, or access settings.

  2. Fix and check

We explain the proposed changes and their limits. If implementation is included, we make and recheck those changes while preserving the access restrictions you need.

  3. Explain what you can track

We distinguish crawler requests, AI impressions, referrals, and inquiries. Google's AI performance report currently measures impressions, while citations seen in individual answers are observations rather than a universal ranking.

Before we begin

Is this right for your site?

A good fit when

  • You publish expertise, service information, or reference material
  • Your business and author details need to stay consistent across pages
  • You want to understand the technical issues before paying for AI visibility work

Worth discussing early

  • Readable content does not guarantee citations, rankings, or recommendations
  • Access for search and permission for AI training are separate decisions
  • Your team still needs to keep the content and business details up to date

At handover

What you keep

Your review records the checked pages, dates, access settings, findings, and any limits in the available evidence. Agreed fixes have a separate change record. We explain which reports answer which questions and what your team needs to keep current.

Questions

Before you decide

Can you make AI assistants recommend our business?

We can't control what an assistant recommends. We can improve how clearly your site presents information and check that the access settings support your choices.

Does Google require special AI code or files?

Google does not require special AI schema, Markdown, or llms.txt. Its AI features require normal search eligibility and inclusion through the Search generative AI control. Useful content, access, and accurate information come first.

Do we need to rebuild the whole site first?

Not necessarily. We may find useful fixes within your current site. If a rebuild would help, we'll explain why and quote it separately.

Will you open the site to every AI crawler?

Only if that is what you choose. We'll review the available controls and document the access you want to allow. Crawler settings do not give an assistant access to your WordPress admin.
